We use quality components in our equipment and automatically include a 3-year onsite parts and labor warrantee (some restrictions apply). Our default components (for workstations) are from the following manufacturers:

Floppy Drives	We have heard for at least five years that floppy drives are going to be obsolete. Our experience thus far is that is not the case. We use the least-expensive RELIABLE drive available at the time whether it primarily be from Mitsumi, NEC or Sony.
Hard Drives
CD/DVD Drives
Sound Cards	Sound Blaster compatible, integrated on the motherboard.
Network Cards	10/100/1000MB, integrated on the motherboard.
Video Cards	This is one component that depends on the user's needs and requirements. We will "shop" for the best chipset (usually ATI or NVidia) and amount of memory as per the individuals's specifications.
Monitors	Another compontent that depends on the user's needs and requirements. Whether a standard CRT or Flat-Panel, analog or digital signal, built-in speakers or size, we look for the one that fits your needs that also has a 3-year manufacturer's warrantee.

Of course, if you have a preferred manufacturer we are not using by default, just let us know! It may alter the 3-year parts and labor warrantee.
